Who is Empire Finance?
Empire Finance is an agency of the Professional Lenders Association
- Plan Australia. We are a full member of the MIAA and a member
of the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited, which provides a
free and independent External Dispute Resolution scheme.
Empire Finance is privately owned, WA based, and committed to the finance
needs of our customers.

Lodgement of a home loan application requires us to obtain personal information from you. In the course of your loan application,
your information may be disclosed to other mortgage intermediaries
such as lenders, valuers, lenders mortgage insurers, and credit
reporting agencies. Your personal details are maintained on
our files as required by the Finance Brokers' Code of Conduct. We
do not divulge your personal details to third party marketing
companies or to any other party without your permission.
Direct Marketing.
From time to time we may use your personal information to
provide you with current information about loans, special
offers you may find of interest, changes to our organisation,
or new products or services being offered by us or any company
we are associated with. If you do not wish to receive marketing
information, you may at any time decline to receive such information
by simply by notifying us via telephone, email or post.
We will take all reasonable steps to meet your request at the
earliest possible opportunity.
How safe and secure is your personal information we hold?
We will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information
by storing it in a secure environment. When the information
is no longer needed for any purpose the information will be
destroyed or permanently de-identified. We will also take
reasonable steps to protect any personal information from
misuse, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
